Transformation by focusing on growth enablers

My 25 years plus career can be summarized in three big chunks:

1- Schlumberger: The largest oil field service company in the world. I learned the fundamentals of Operations, Sales, HR, and Technical Management and it provided me with first hand knowledge of the challenges in the front line.

 

2- Weatherford: A company that at the time exemplified the phrase "Growth by Acquisition". This is where I put into practice the learnings and was in charge of creating an organizational structure to support the growth of a product line. Our relentless focus on delivering customer value both commercially and technically delivered double-digit top-line growth while at the same time increasing bottom-line margins.

3- Probe: Finally, the knowledge and experience accumulated over decades had to be put to the real test. In a small business with a global footprint where missed steps and decisions can make or break a company. Working closely with the CEO, CFO, and the board members you get to appreciate the challenges of C-suite and how to overcome challenges during M&A and organizational transformation effort.

I helped successfully navigate the company through the most daunting downturn during 2015 - 2016. This feels like becoming a wartime general where you know you can prepare for whatever the market has to throw at you.

I am passionate about technology development and take great pleasure at helping individuals or organizations achieve their financial objectives through identifying investment (M&A) opportunities in a technically challenging energy market and through organization restructuring which delivers long-term, sustainable revenue and cash flow growth.
